Ordering is the easy part
Four simple steps, no account to create, and a real person on the other end of every message. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch.

Tell me what you would like
Use the order form on the contact page, or just call or text me. Tell me the occasion, roughly how many you need, any flavors or colors you have in mind, and the date you need it by. If you have a photo of something you have seen, send it along — it helps more than you would think.
Not sure yet? That is completely fine. Tell me the occasion and I will suggest something.

I confirm the details and the price
Before anything goes in the oven, I come back to you with a price and exactly what I am going to make, so there are no surprises. Once you are happy with it, I put your date in the calendar and we are set.
A deposit may be needed for larger custom orders — I will always tell you up front.

I bake it fresh
Your order gets made in the days right before you need it, in small batches by hand. Cookies get iced and detailed, cakes get filled and layered, and snacks come out of the oven the same day. Nothing is made ahead and held.
This is why I ask for a little notice rather than same-day.

We sort out pickup or delivery
When your order is ready I let you know, and we arrange a time and place. Pickup is the simplest and it is what most people do. Delivery may be possible depending on where you are and what you have ordered — just ask me and we will work it out.
I will tell you how best to store your order so it stays fresh as long as possible.

Just ask. I would much rather answer a question now than have you order something that is not quite right.
The things people ask me most
How much notice do you need?
Two or three days is usually plenty for cookies and quick snacks. For a fully decorated cookie set, a custom mini cake, or a large order, a week is better. If you are in a pinch, ask anyway — sometimes I can make it work.
Can you match specific colors or a theme?
Yes, that is most of what I do. Send me a color palette, a party invitation, a nursery theme, or a photo you like, and I will match it as closely as I can.
Do you do allergy-friendly baking?
Tell me what you need to avoid when you send your request and I will be honest about what I can and cannot do safely. My kitchen is a home kitchen and does handle nuts, wheat, dairy and eggs.
How do I pay?
Nothing on this site takes a payment. You send me a request, I reply with a price, and we sort out payment between us once the order is confirmed.
Can I order a gift?
Absolutely. Cookie sets travel well and I can pack them in a gift box. Tell me it is a gift when you send the request and I will take care of the presentation.
