About me
Hi — I am the one doing the baking.
I.C.Y.E is my home bakery. It is just me in the kitchen: mixing, rolling, piping, layering and packing every single order by hand. No commercial line, no freezer full of things made last month.
I started baking the things people kept asking me for — a batch of decorated cookies for a party, a small cake for a birthday that did not need to feed forty people, and the easy snacks you want on a normal afternoon. That is still exactly what I make. Cookies, mini cakes and quick snacks, done properly, made for you.
Because it is a home kitchen, I take a limited number of orders at a time. That is on purpose. It means your cookies get iced carefully instead of quickly, and your cake gets built the way you asked for it.

“Tell me the occasion and I will take it from there.”
What you can count on
Small batches, always
I do not bake ahead and hold things in a case. Your order gets made for the day you need it, which is the whole reason it tastes like something somebody made for you.
Yours, specifically
Most of what I make is custom. Your colors, your theme, your occasion. If you can describe it or send me a picture of it, I will do my best to match it.
Straight answers
I will tell you honestly what I can do, what I cannot, how long it will take, and what it will cost — before anything goes in the oven.

A home kitchen, and honest about it
I bake out of my home, which is what lets me keep this personal and keep the batches small. It also means I want you to know a few practical things up front: my kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts, so if you have an allergy to work around, tell me when you send your request and I will be straight with you about whether I can do it safely.
Pickup is the simplest way to get your order, and delivery may be possible depending on where you are — just ask. If you are planning something big, the earlier you get in touch the better, because I only take on so much at once.
